Win_98se.exe (32 bit dos)

Boot disk for Windows 98 SE. To use it download the file to your hard drive, make sure you have a blank floppy disk in the drive then double click on the file to make a boot disk.

Formats: .exe 842.99KB (863218 bytes).

Win_ME (32 bit dos, but a junk OS)

Boot disk for Windows ME. To use it download the file to your hard drive, make sure you have a blank floppy disk in the drive then double click on the file to make a boot disk.

Formats: .exe 780.05KB (798775 bytes).

Winxp_en_pro_bf.exe

Boot disk for Windows XP Pro. To use it download the file to your hard drive, make sure you have 6 blank floppy disks ready then double click on the file to make a boot disk set. ** THIS FILE WILL NOT WORK FOR WINDOWS XP HOME **

Other Fixes for non-bootable systems.

Boot to the XP cdrom and when you see the "welcome to setup" press the letter R
You will get a dos prompt.
Then type "chkdsk  /p" (always without the quotes) and hit enter key.
When that is done type "fixboot" and hit enter key.
"Y" and enter at the prompt.
Then type "exit" and hit enter.
The system will now reboot into the Windows GUI.  

If for some reason that don't work for you, you can boot to the recovery console like above and... Type "chkdsk  /r" then enter.
When done type "exit" and hit enter.

 

Also fdisk /mbr from any boot disk. Be Careful.
