Look at disk #2 (below)
See the 4.64 GB Fat 32 partition, I believe it may contain the virus extensions. This is usually not formatted or even defined and should be deleted, this is easy in disk manager, but it recreated it's self!
Malwarebytes is great! But watch for fake anti-virus programs when you are looking for tools. Smit-antivirus is a real program but there are many imposters of this great program, available here ../Software/cleaners/SmitfraudFix.exe be sure to do the #4 (update first) and other software packages will hit on this it is a false positive.
